Knowing Yourself

Somehow the ancient Greeks knew that for a person to know themself was to touch the divine.

Inner experiences are just as real as those that happen in society, politics, and the physical world.

There is much more to us than our thoughts, feelings, memories, and perceptions.

We all encounter and engage non-material realities that can have effects on our health and wellbeing.

Spiritual health depends on getting in touch with the metaphysical. But what is the metaphysical? In short: all of reality.
